R&D and production of 1-12-axis multi-functional high- speed rotating + reciprocating spray machine, non-standard customized various spray lines including suspension line, ground rail line, flat line and dust- free spray workshop complete sets of equipment.Our 360° high-speed rotation + reciprocating spraying technology has been iterated and upgraded to the 6th generation, which significantly improves spraying efficiency, ensures more uniform coating and reduces consumable waste.The equipment is widely used in 3C, furniture and home appliances, automobile manufacturing, hardware, plastic, toys, buttons, shoe materials etc.

Standard Equipment Supply Service

We supply ready-to-ship standard equipment including 1–12-axis high-speed rotary reciprocating spraying machines, integrated oil spraying & mold cleaning machines and automatic mold cleaning devices. Every unit undergoes repeated spraying tests and aging inspection before delivery to guarantee stable performance and fast delivery for mass production.

One-stop OEM & ODM Customization Service

We provide non-standard customized solutions according to customers’ production process, workshop layout, workpiece material and coating requirements, including parameter adjustment, control system development, special fixture design, brand logo customization, as well as turnkey projects for various automatic coating lines and dust-free spraying workshops.

Global After-sales Technical Service

History

2012 | Company Establishment

Guangzhou Mansheng Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded. We focused on the R&D and production of small automatic spraying equipment, serving local 3C, toy and plastic manufacturers in the Pearl River Delta.
2017–2019 | Technology Accumulation & Patent Layout

We independently developed fully automatic oil spraying machines and integrated mold cleaning equipment, and applied for multiple invention and utility model patents. Our 1st to 3rd generation rotary reciprocating spraying technology was successfully upgraded, and our products were exported to Southeast Asia in batches.
2020–2021 | Capacity Expansion & Dongguan Production Base Put into Operation

Our Dongguan manufacturing base was officially launched, with total plant area exceeding 10,000 square meters. We built a full industrial chain covering precision processing, assembly and commissioning, and launched multi-axis spraying machines and customized automatic coating lines for home appliances, hardware and shoe material industries.
2022–2023 | National High-tech Enterprise Accreditation & R&D Upgrade

We were certified as a national high-tech enterprise. A Beijing R&D branch was set up with a 28-member professional R&D team and two independent laboratories. Our core spraying technology was iterated to the 6th generation, greatly strengthening our technical advantages in the coating industry.
2024 – Present | Global Market Deepening

We optimized our one-stop OEM & ODM service system. Our products are now exported to dozens of countries across Europe, America and Southeast Asia. With independent intellectual property rights, stable delivery capacity and comprehensive after-sales support, we have become a long-term trusted partner for global manufacturers.

Team

R&D Team
Our R&D team consists of 28 professional engineers, including 15 mechanical and electrical automation engineers based at Guangzhou Headquarters and 13 software & control system engineers in the Beijing R&D Branch. Most team members have more than 8 years of experience in the intelligent coating industry. We hold 7 invention patents and multiple utility model patents, continuously upgrading our core spraying technology and developing customized solutions for global clients.
Production Team
More than 60 front-line production staff are divided into five standardized teams: precision machining, equipment assembly, electrical wiring, factory commissioning and quality inspection. We implement strict full-process quality control from incoming parts inspection to finished equipment aging test, to guarantee high precision, stable performance and on-time delivery.
Global Sales & Business Team
Our professional international sales team provides multilingual communication, production capacity planning, project quotation and full order tracking services. With years of overseas industry experience, we have served hundreds of cooperative customers worldwide.
After-sales Service Team
We have over 20 dedicated after-sales engineers with rich experience in equipment installation, troubleshooting and coating process debugging. We offer remote technical support, overseas on-site training, regular equipment maintenance and old equipment renovation, with 7×12-hour quick response to ensure stable operation of customers’ production lines.
