We have two modern standardized production bases located in Guangzhou and Dongguan, covering a total factory area of over 10,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of more than 2,000 sets of intelligent spraying equipment.

Our workshop is equipped with complete precision processing equipment, assembly stations, professional debugging areas and standardized dust-free testing workshops. Each set of equipment strictly goes through the whole production process of incoming material inspection, precision machining, structural assembly, electrical wiring, offline debugging, repeated spraying test and finished product inspection before delivery.

We implement full-process quality control to ensure stable performance, high safety and long service life of every spraying machine and automatic production line. Our mature production system can guarantee on-time delivery for both standard equipment orders and large-scale non-standard whole-line projects.

R&D

Our strong R&D capability is the core competitiveness of Mansheng Automation. We own two independent professional R&D laboratories, with a total R&D team of 28 experienced engineers in Guangzhou headquarters and Beijing branch, focusing on the iterative upgrade of intelligent spraying technology, mechanical structure design and automatic control system development.

Up to now, we have obtained 7 invention patents and multiple utility model patents covering high-speed rotary spraying devices, clamping machines, mold cleaning equipment, rotary joints and other core components. Our self-developed 6th generation 360° high-speed reciprocating spraying technology greatly improves coating uniformity, boosts production efficiency and effectively reduces paint consumption.
