The system features dual WA101 spray guns (0.5mm nozzle) with independent oil output control, enabling simultaneous multi-angle coating of glass diffuser bottles. The 360-degree rotation combined with reciprocating spray motion ensures complete and uniform coverage across curved and cylindrical glass surfaces, including bottle necks, tapered bodies, and decorative embossed patterns.

Equipped with a closed-loop stepper drive system featuring Leadshine motors, HIWIN linear guides, and NSK bearings. The multi-axis configuration delivers 0.05mm positioning accuracy essential for precision glass bottle surface finishing, ensuring consistent coating thickness across all bottle profiles including round, square, and irregular shapes.

The intuitive touch screen interface allows operators to store up to 10,000 coating programs for different glass bottle sizes, shapes, and coating specifications. USB data port enables easy program transfer and backup.
