Featuring 360-degree high-speed rotary spraying with dual independent WA101 spray guns (0.5mm nozzle), this line delivers uniform, high-quality metallic and protective coating on aluminum screw caps, tinplate crown caps, PVC heat-shrink capsules, and custom decorative wine closures.

The system features dual WA101 spray guns (0.5mm nozzle) with independent oil output control, enabling simultaneous multi-angle coating of wine bottle caps and closures. The 360-degree rotation combined with reciprocating spray motion ensures complete and uniform coverage across complex cap surfaces.

Equipped with a closed-loop stepper drive system featuring Leadshine motors, HIWIN linear guides, and NSK bearings. The multi-axis configuration delivers 0.05mm positioning accuracy essential for precision coating on wine bottle caps, ensuring consistent coating thickness across all cap profiles.

The intuitive touch screen interface allows operators to store up to 10,000 coating programs for different wine bottle cap sizes, styles, and coating specifications. USB data port enables easy program transfer and backup.
