The Man Sheng Automated Spray Coating Line is a precision automated spray coating system engineered for cosmetic glass container surface treatment. Featuring 360-degree high-speed rotary spraying and dual independent WA101 spray guns, this coating line delivers uniform, high-quality coating on perfume bottles, cosmetic jars, lotion containers, and decorative glass packaging.

This system features dual WA101 spray guns (0.5mm nozzle) with independent oil output control, enabling simultaneous multi-angle coating of cosmetic glass containers. The 360-degree rotation combined with reciprocating spray motion ensures complete and uniform coverage across curved glass surfaces, including bottle necks, jar rims, and decorative embossing.

Equipped with a closed-loop stepper drive system featuring Leadshine motors, HIWIN linear guides, and NSK bearings. The axes configuration includes X (Left/Right), Y (Front/Back), Z (Up/Down), U (Gun 360 Degree Rotation), V (Station A Rotation), and W (Station B Rotation), delivering 0.05mm positioning accuracy essential for cosmetic-grade glass finishing.

The intuitive touch screen interface allows operators to store up to 10,000 coating programs for different container shapes, sizes, and coating specifications. USB data port enables easy program transfer and backup.
