Six-Axis Precision Drive System

Powered by Leadshine precision closed-loop stepper motors, the 300X6 features a comprehensive six-axis motion control configuration:

  • X-Axis (Horizontal): Lateral movement for wide-area coverage
  • Y-Axis (Vertical): Forward/backward positioning for depth control
  • Z-Axis (Up/Down): Height adjustment with 560mm effective stroke
  • A-Axis (Gun Swing): Spray gun angle oscillation for uniform coating
  • W-Axis (Turntable Rotation): 360° base rotation for cylindrical workpieces
  • T-Axis (Dual-Station Rotation): Automatic dual-station switching for continuous production

Achieving ±0.2mm positioning accuracy across all axes, this machine ensures consistent film thickness and edge coverage on complex geometries.

Dual-Gun Reciprocating Spray System

Equipped with two ManSheng Blue Guns (1.3mm nozzle), the 300X6 supports independent oil supply for each gun, enabling simultaneous or alternating spray patterns. The reciprocating spray method ensures full-surface coverage within a φ300mm * 350mm spraying range. Effective stroke reaches 400mm * 220mm * 560mm, accommodating a wide variety of workpiece sizes.
