The 600X5B is a high-efficiency spray gun automatic painting machine engineered for coating small metal and plastic parts. Combining 360-degree high-speed rotation with reciprocating spraying, its two independently dispensing guns coat up to five sides in a single pass, delivering two to three times the output of conventional reciprocating machines.

• Five-Axis Precision Closed-Loop Stepper Drive: X, Y, Z, R and G axes deliver ±0.2mm positioning accuracy for stable, repeatable coating paths.
• Mesh Disc Feeding Design: Each mesh disc supports up to 15KG and holds parts firmly, preventing small fasteners from being displaced by high-speed airflow.
• Enclosed Adsorption Water Curtain: The built-in water curtain efficiently collects paint mist, eliminating the need for a costly dust-free workshop.

Suitable for coating small auto spare parts, motorcycle accessories, small plastic products, miniature hardware, buttons, tiny irregular workpieces, 3C shells and small wooden pieces. Plastic parts up to 5cm in height and hardware parts up to 8cm, with a total workpiece height within 20cm.
