Motorcycle parts spraying: Production for motorcycle housings, side covers, fuel tanks, brackets and decorative hardware parts
Automobile accessory manufacturing: Surface painting for small automotive die-cast parts, decorative components, hardware and plastic accessories
Electric-vehicle accessory production: Spraying for electric-vehicle housings, lamp covers, metal brackets and special-shaped structural parts
Traditional turntable spraying equipment only moves up-down and front-back without left-right swing function. For workpieces with special shapes, grooves and sharp corners, spraying coverage is incomplete. Manual gun replacement and secondary re-spraying are required, which extends production cycles and leads to low efficiency.
Most common turntable machines adopt belt-driven structure. Belts have limited load capacity. When processing heavy-weight workpieces, belts are prone to wear, crack and break. Frequent equipment failures and shutdown for maintenance delay order delivery.
Dual-gun Simultaneous Operation & 8-Station Cyclic Production
Two independently controllable spray guns can finish 2 workpieces in one single cycle. The 8-station turntable runs continuously, and feeding, spraying and blanking procedures operate simultaneously. Hourly output is greatly improved to handle large-volume production orders.
