The 360-degree high-speed rotating spraying function together with reciprocating spraying achieves full surface coverage in a single pass. Two spray guns with independent paint output allow flexible adjustment of coating tasks. The G-axis automatically moves upper and lower material tables in and out for efficient loading and unloading. Program storage of 10,000 levels with USB communication enables quick switching between production tasks. HIWIN guide rails, NSK bearings and high-precision motion modules guarantee long-term operational stability.
