This 500X7A automatic spray painting machine is engineered for hats surface coating and finishing. It combines 360-degree high-speed rotating spraying with reciprocating spraying, allowing two spray guns to dispense paint independently. Powered by a seven-axis precision closed-loop stepper drive, it achieves 0.05mm positioning accuracy and applies uniform paint film on curved hat surfaces, brims and irregular plastic components in one pass.
