300X6 Rotary Table Automatic Spray Painting Machine for Door Lock Surface Coating

This 300X6 rotary table automatic spray painting machine is engineered for uniform surface painting of door locks and hardware fittings. Driven by a six-axis precision closed-loop stepper system, it combines a W-axis turntable with T-axis dual-station rotation and A-axis spray gun swing-angle control, delivering accurate, consistent coating on lock bodies, shells, handles and irregular zinc alloy parts at ±0.2mm positioning accuracy.
