600X5B Automatic Spraying Machine for Electric Vehicle Plastic Trunk Housing Surface Coating This 600X5B spray gun automatic painting machine is purpose-built for high-efficiency surface coating of electric vehicle plastic trunk housings, tailgate inner/outer panels, trunk covers and other large plastic body components. Combining 360-degree high-speed rotating spraying with reciprocating spraying, its two independently dispensing spray guns deliver uniform film thickness and complete edge coverage on curved plastic surfaces, recessed ribs and complex contours at ±0.2mm positioning accuracy, ensuring a smooth, defect-free finish for EV plastic parts before assembly.

Key Features

360-Degree High-Speed Rotating Spraying: Rotary spraying combined with reciprocating motion fully covers the curved surfaces, edges, ribs and corners of plastic trunk housings in one pass, eliminating blind spots, edge misses and costly touch-up rework.
Two Independently Dispensing Spray Guns: Each Mansheng blue gun controls its own paint output, allowing simultaneous coating of large surfaces and edges with reduced overspray and paint waste for a lower per-piece coating cost on EV plastic parts.
