This 600X5B five-axis rotary automatic spray painting machine is purpose-built for uniform surface coating of small electric vehicle rearview mirror parts, including mirror housings, mirror shells, mirror base covers and compact plastic and metal mirror fittings. Combining 360-degree high-speed rotating spraying with reciprocating spraying, two independently dispensing spray guns coat the front, edges and inner recesses of each mirror part in a single pass, delivering even film thickness, complete edge coverage and a fine finish at ±0.2mm positioning accuracy.
Built on a five-axis precision closed-loop stepper platform with the Mansheng touch screen control series, the machine keeps a stable, repeatable painting path across long production runs, helping mirror and automotive parts workshops raise yield, cut paint waste and reduce labor cost while maintaining consistent color and gloss batch after batch.
