This 300X6 turntable automatic spray painting machine is engineered for efficient, high-quality surface coating of stainless steel containers, metal storage vessels and other round or rotationally symmetrical metal workpieces. Combining a six-axis precision closed-loop stepper drive with reciprocating spraying and two independently dispensing guns, it delivers uniform film thickness and complete edge coverage at +/-0.2mm positioning accuracy. The 360-degree rotary base (W axis) and dual-station turning (T axis) enable continuous, automated coating of round metal containers, drums and storage tanks with a consistent, defect-free finish.
