500X7A Hinge Mold Automatic Spray Painting Machine

The 500X7A is a seven-axis precision automatic spray painting machine engineered for high-volume coating of hinge molds and similar workpieces. Built on a seven-axis closed-loop stepper drive platform, it combines 360° high-speed rotary spraying with reciprocating motion, and features two spray guns that dispense paint independently for flexible multi-color and multi-film coating. With ±0.05mm positioning accuracy and a stainless steel, aluminum and steel construction, it delivers stable, uniform and repeatable finishes in demanding industrial production environments.
