600X5B Five-Axis Automatic Spray Painting Machine

The 600X5B is a five-axis automatic spray painting machine designed for efficient, uniform coating of hardware, plastic and industrial workpieces. Driven by a five-axis precision closed-loop stepper system, it combines 360° high-speed rotary spraying with reciprocating motion, and its two spray guns dispense paint independently for flexible multi-color and multi-film coating. A dedicated G-axis automatically feeds and retracts the upper and lower material tables, boosting throughput, while ±0.2mm positioning accuracy and a 600mm * 600mm spraying range ensure stable, repeatable finishes in volume production.
