Mansheng 800X Automatic Spray Painting Production Line for Computer Parts
The Mansheng 800X is a fully integrated automatic spray painting production line engineered for high-volume automatic coating of computer parts such as PC chassis covers, keyboard frames and mouse shells. Featuring a dual-station configuration with 4 spray guns, a dedicated spray booth, and a conveyor belt system, this production line delivers continuous, automated coating of computer part surfaces with 800mm spray width. Driven by servo and stepper motors with HIWIN heavy-duty linear modules and fully enclosed guides, it achieves ±0.2mm positioning accuracy for consistent, production-grade quality output.

Application Scope
Built for high-volume automatic spray painting of computer parts, including but not limited to: PC chassis covers, ATX and ITX case panels, keyboard frames and keycap housings, mouse shells, laptop top and bottom cases, monitor bezels, hard drive brackets, heat sink covers, CPU fan housings and other computer hardware components. The 800mm spray width accommodates large panels in a single pass, while the conveyor-driven dual-station layout keeps coating consistent across long production runs. Compatible with both solvent-based and water-based paint systems.
