To extend service life and improve appearance, cast iron components can be supplied with a range of surface coating and painting options. Finishing is selected according to the operating environment, required corrosion resistance, and visual standards of the final assembly.

All cast iron components are finished on our 500X8 high-speed reciprocating coating cell — an eight-axis servo-driven system with dual 360-degree indexing turntables. Programmed reciprocating strokes combined with full-angle workpiece indexing deliver uniform film build on flat faces, machined bores and complex sand-cast geometries.
