Wheel hubs and alloy rims are coated on our 600X5B automatic spray painting machine — a five-axis precision closed-loop stepper platform with dual independently fed spray guns. High-speed 360-degree rotary spraying is combined with reciprocating strokes and an automatic in/out loading platform, so spokes, rims, bores and recessed hub faces all receive an even film in a single cycle.
