Every batch is coated on our 500X7A automatic spraying machine. The full specification is listed below so you can verify capability, tolerance and material compatibility before placing an order.

• Seven-axis closed-loop drive with ±0.05 mm positioning accuracy keeps film thickness and edge coverage consistent from the first part to the last.
• Dual spray guns with independent paint supply allow two colours or two coating materials in a single cycle, cutting changeover time on mixed batches.
• 360° high-speed rotary spraying combined with reciprocating passes reaches recessed areas of fittings, hinge molds and hardware that flat spraying cannot cover evenly.
• 10,000-program storage with USB transfer lets repeat orders run on stored recipes, so the finish stays identical order after order.
• A compact 500 mm * 500 mm coating envelope suits small and medium hardware parts, while longer tube profiles are coated in indexed passes along the X axis.
• Air-assisted atomisation at 0.6–0.8 MPa with 0.95 kW/h consumption keeps running cost and overspray low.
