Pink Shoe Sole Automatic Spray Painting Machine for Water Based Paint Finishing

The 800X Automatic Spray Painting Production Line is a fully customized ground-mounted coating system engineered for high-volume Pink shoe sole EVA foam surface coating. Equipped with a 360° high-speed rotary + reciprocating spray system and 4 Mansheng Blue guns (1.3mm), it delivers uniform, high-quality coating across curved EVA foam shoe sole surfaces — including arch contours, heel edges and textured foam patterns.

This is a FULLY CUSTOMIZED solution: conveyor length, station count, gun configuration and layout are engineered to your exact factory requirements. We do not publish fixed technical parameters because each line is purpose-built for the customer's production environment, product dimensions and throughput targets.

• Fully Customized Design: Modular architecture with configurable conveyor type/length, number of spray stations, gun brands and nozzle sizes, drying zones and loading/unloading methods.
• 4-Gun 360° Rotary + Reciprocating Spray System: 2 groups / 4 spray guns with 360° high-speed rotation and reciprocating motion ensure complete coverage on curved shoe sole and EVA foam surfaces.
• Integrated Conveyor Automation: Belt/roller conveyor (4000 × 1030 × 760mm) with automated material handling to maximize throughput and reduce manual intervention.
• Industrial-Grade Components: HIWIN linear guides, fully enclosed heavy-duty linear module, Hugong power supply, Shannais/Airtac pneumatics, Chint/Delixi/Omron electricals and NSK bearings for long-term reliability.
• Smart Control Platform: Mansheng touch screen control system with 10,000+ custom spraying programs and USB communication for quick changeover between shoe sole models.

Designed for high-volume surface spraying and coating of Pink EVA foam shoe soles and footwear components — including arch contours, heel edges and textured foam patterns. Compatible with primers, base coats, color finishes and protective clear coats, as well as both water-based and oil-based paint systems.
