Toy car shell spraying is carried out on the Mansheng 500X8 high-speed reciprocating spray machine, an eight-axis precision servo platform with two 360° rotating trays. A rotating gun axis and angle-controlled guns follow the body lines of each shell, while the tray transfer axis swaps stations so spraying continues without stopping the line.
