The 500X7A Automated Coating System is a state-of-the-art seven-axis precision spraying equipment engineered specifically for shoe insole surface finishing. Combining 360-degree high-speed rotating spraying with reciprocating coating and dual spray guns with independent paint output, it delivers exceptional coating uniformity for EVA foam insoles, PU insoles, gel insoles, memory foam insoles, and orthopedic insoles.
Powered by a precision closed-loop stepper drive system with ±0.05mm ultra-high positioning accuracy, it ensures consistent, high-quality surface finishing for footwear manufacturing production lines. The Mansheng touch screen control with 10,000-program storage enables rapid changeover between different insole shapes and sizes.

Two Mansheng Blue Guns (1.3mm nozzle) operate independently, enabling simultaneous multi-angle spraying for 5-sided insole coverage in a single pass — 2-3× faster than traditional reciprocating machines.

X (horizontal), Y (vertical), Z (up/down), R (dual-gun 360° rotation + reciprocating), T1 (station A rotation), T2 (station B rotation), W (base rotation) — ensuring full surface coating of shoe insoles with no blind spots on contoured surfaces.
