The 500X8 is an eight-axis, high-speed reciprocating spray painting machine built for factories that need a consistent finish on small and medium sized workpieces at volume. An A/B dual tray system rotating a full 360 degrees, combined with precision servo reciprocating gun travel, lets one program coat flat, curved and multi-angle surfaces in a single cycle. The machine is controlled from the Mansheng touch screen system, stores up to 10,000 programs and runs on 220VAC / 50Hz with 4.5KW/H power consumption.

• Reliable Branded Core Components: Xinje motor, Hugong power supply, SNS and AirTAC pneumatic parts, Chint, Delixi and Omron electricals, Tend buttons and an MCGS touch screen keep the machine easy to maintain and quick to source spares for.
• Low 4.5KW/H Running Cost on 220V Single Phase: The whole unit runs on 220VAC / 50Hz with 4.5KW/H consumption and 0.6-0.8MPa air supply, so it can be installed in a standard workshop without a dedicated power upgrade.
