Compact Brake Pad Automated Coating Production Line

The 600X5B is a compact automated coating production line purpose-built for uniform surface coating and painting of automotive brake pads and similar flat or slightly curved metal friction parts. A five-axis precision closed-loop stepper drive moves the guns and material tables along X, Y, Z, R and G axes, so brake pads of different sizes and profiles are coated evenly across the full 600mm x 600mm spraying range, integrating cleanly into an automated brake pad production line.

The line combines 360-degree high-speed rotating spraying with reciprocating spraying, and its two spray guns dispense paint independently. With automatic in/out upper and lower material tables, +/-0.2mm positioning accuracy, HIWIN guide rails, NSK bearings and a Mansheng touch screen control storing 10,000 spraying programs with USB import/export, switching between brake pad models and colors is fast and simple, while the line passes stable, repeatable film quality from batch to batch.
