The 300X6 is a six-axis rotary automatic spray painting machine designed for high volume coating of cylindrical, annular and rotationally symmetric hardware parts. Workpieces are carried on a dual station indexing turntable: one station sprays while the operator loads or unloads the other, so the spray cycle never stops for handling. A closed loop stepper drive on all six axes, HIWIN guide rails and NSK bearings hold positioning accuracy at ±0.2mm across a φ300mm * 350mm spray range.
Six axis closed loop stepper drive, dual independent spray guns and a dual station turntable deliver even film thickness with non stop production rhythm.
